So before you do anything else backup the wallet.dat file as normal. You can import the private key from an address you own into the Blockchain Wallet. Your backup of your wallet will not have this key in obviously. Now Bitcoin-Qt should start and rescan the blockchain to calculate the balances of the addresses in your wallet.dat file. In that folder, hold shift and right-click and select Open command window here. If the address does NOT match, alter the order of the public keys and try again. Double check that the address generated matches the 3-of-3 MultiSig address.
